Smart mobility is one of six criteria applied when making a comprehensive evaluation of smart cities. The term "smart city" refers to integral concepts, that are aimed at making cities more efficient, technologically advanced, environmentally sustainable and socially inclusive. Smart mobility also directly impacts smart environment, which is another one of the assessment criteria. Forecasts predict that by 2050, urban mobility systems will have consumed approximately 17.3% of the Earth’s total biocapacity. Moreover, city dwellers will spend 106 hours sitting in traffic jams each year according to the calculations. That is twice as many hours as today.

Urban mobility management is faced with the difficult task of coordinating different, sometimes contradictory, interests in smart city concepts. Residents and visitors want to reach their destinations quickly, and local businesses want maximum connectivity. It is also important that traffic be reduced to a minimum to relieve the burden on the environment and increase the quality of city life.

In Chinese cities, drastic measures have been put into place in order to achieve these goals. In Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou, for instance, cars are limited to using the roads on certain days only depending on whether the last digit in their license plates is an even or an odd number. The number of new vehicle registrations has also been capped.

Our objective in implementing our technical solutions is to enable fair, equitable, and sustainable mobility in order to contribute to the development of intelligent, comprehensive traffic systems.

We plan, install, and operate the following types of urban mobility solutions:
- access management
- smart parking
- intermodal solutions
