Here is the most frequently asked questions

In order to create an account and being able to publish information you have to be affiliated to an organisation even if you are an independent expert, entrepreneur or consultant. In this case you will be asked to register your own (personal) organisation (name, address, website and etc.).

Our team has committed to ensure the best quality of all the information published on the Observatory platform, hence an organisation is necessary. 

Go to home page and create an account. Once you are logged in the onscreen guides will show you how to upload information and where.

If you are still not sure, you can download the User Guide (look at the home page, right corner on the top).

Registration and publishing information is for free. In case of a change in the business model after the ITS Observatory is no longer a EU project (end of October 2017) our users will be the first to be informed. 

Please inform the administrator of the ITS Observatory platform about the change in your organization.  You would be able to "hand over" the information that you have published to a colleague from the organization that you are leaving.
