All the content published on the Observatory is publically accessible. Restricted access is not possible. However you can publish the part of the information that you consider "public" and allow other users to contact you for further information and insights. 

ITS Observatory complies with the EU GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), a regulation by which the European Commission intends to strengthen and unify data protection for individuals within the European Union.  It also addresses export of personal data outside the EU. Please contact us for more information. 

From the start of the project the ITS Observatory Consortium has been fully engaged in ensuring the best conditions for data storage and protection with compliance to the current European data protection legislation. 

Your data is currently stored in a private and secured cloud (Global Connect – ISAE 3204 type 2 in Taastrup, DENMARK) until the end of October 2017. Afterwards, the published data will be stored in a private and secured cloud selected by the future owner of the platform.

Everyone who visits the ITS Observatory will be able to see the information that you have published.
