Hypermotion will be the venue where established firms in the transport and logistics industry will meet, along equally with small enterprises, start-ups, mobility pioneers and entrepreneurs.
ITS Action Plan is followed by ITS Implementation plan, which is not only project reservoir, but as well defines steps for preparation and implementation of ITS systems which could be either as a part of new transport infrastructure or as stay alone ITS systems regardless funding stream if they are fully or partly financed from State Fund for Transport Infrastructure (SFDI) or if they are coo financed from relevant EU operational programs. Implementation plan of ITS development further more address issues related to development of large scale ITS projects in which could share an infrastructure or selected application within more of Ministry of Transport departmental organizations, or even more resorts or more subjects of public administration.

The NOVELOG project focuses on the enabling of knowledge and understanding of freight distribution and service trips by providing guidance for implementing effective and sustainable policies and measures. This guidance supports the choice of the most optimal and applicable solutions for urban freight and service transport. It also facilitates stakeholder collaboration and the development, field testing and transfer of best governance and business models.
Within three clusters a cooperation has been set up between governements and market parties. When all three clusters are developed the result will bet hat road users have a good and reliable connection with each other. This will result in use cases with traffic lights, logisitic services and events, amongst other things. The connectivity and fast transfer of data and information will make the difference for road users, road authorities and other stakeholders. The three clusters are:
Cluster 1: Traffic Light Installations, within this cluster a new architecture will be developed and tested.
Cluster 2: Data, it’s all about fast and reliable datacollection and -enrichment.
Cluster 3: Information Sercives, getting the information inside the vehicles to present to the road users.
